BG levels staying high after insulin

I'm currently on the omnipod and my BG is quite well controlled. I am having trouble around tea time. I take my insulin around 45/60 mins before eating and recently after the hour there seems to be no change in my BG.

Do I need to change my background insulin in the afternoon?

Thanks

After one hour seems to be a bit soon to see a significant change @CFlem88, it takes quite a while for the food to digest and impact on your BG. We are all different, but in my case I don't usually see any significant upward change until at laest 2 hours and more often 3 hours after a meal.
I take one dose of 23u Lantus every morning and then bolus with NovoRapid about 15 to 20 minutes before meals.
