Bg with weight loss and exercise

Hi am t1 and have been trying to loss 1st for few month my bg seem to be all over the place depending on what exercise am doing either cardio or weigh training and I have been eating more protein which seems to be upping my bg to higher levels to dose any one have any advise please

Well, there's quite a few threads on here about blood sugars and exercise. In short, exercise does appear to affect blood sugar but the actual affect appears to vary from person to person, let alone time of day and type of exercise.

For instance, I have a small amount of insulin resistance going on, and exercise alternates between making my blood sugar drop drastically (cardio circuit training when I've got insulin on board and the exercise makes me use insulin more efficiently: I literally have to blood test after each circuit of 10 45 second exercises) and other times when exercise stress makes my bg go up....

And apparently protein does make your blood sugar go up (but not as much as carbs), so some people do bolus for it.
