So it is normal to be on the low 4s then?
Not sure what type you are, but I'm a 1, my nutritionist told me my target is between 4.5 and 7.5, but to only eat if I go below 4 and even then only 20g of carbs, which is basically an extra small can of coke or 4 jelly babies... not much at all. I'm also currently on a treatment trial and they want me to keep good notes on levels and they only count a hypo at 3.5 or below... so don't worry till your lower then 4, and even though don't panic and over eat, but it's hard not to (I do it all the time, I'll sometimes have 4 jelly babies and a bar of chocolate... haha)
Hope that helps

When I was at this level I did not feel very well tho
It takes a while for your body to get used to it. I guess you've been high for a while, I used to feel panicky at 4.7 but now I sometimes don't feel anything till 3.6 you'll get the hang of it. If you keep within target for the most part, you'll eventually feel normal down to the 3s :D
