Big drop in HbA1C

Had my follow up with the doctor after my HbA1C and it has dropped from 108 in November down to 57 at end of February.

Doctor says 'whatever you're doing is working', and she's agreed I can stay off meds.

Also now have a baseline for cholesterol- total 5.5, HDL 1.1, LDL 3.8, triglycerides 1.4. Could be a bit better, but happy with that.

Very pleased!
