As usual I just fed the birds this morning- fat pellets , bit of boiled egg, cheese and peanuts. It dawned on me- they're lchf!!! I need a giant hand to feed me and keep me on track !

We feed the birds in our garden. From the seed we put out we had a good little plot of wheat over the summer.

Need to get some more suet pellets now the weather is changing

The Rainbow Lorikeets and Green Parrots, get stuck into the nectar in the flowers of the Golden Wattle and other flowering trees, full of sugary goodness for them.

Nice, there’s a lot of birds where I volunteer from owls, emus, rheas, macaws, ducks, hornbills, parakeets etc...
