Happy birthday Hale

Thanks guys! Instead of taking cake to work I've taken cupcake shaped chocolates. Still not good for me but they're small and so one of those is far less carb than a piece of cake or a cupcake. Still nice to have the little indulgence!

He is just THRILLED that he is still in a seat miles away from the rest of us and the chocolate ;)

We've a team night out tomorrow. I will plough him with wine and force him to like me then haha

Post lunch hypo....... Turns out blood sugars DO matter on your birthday :(

Happy Birthday !!
(had mine last week)

happy birthday

I'll raise your post lunch hypo with a "post cycling to the station hypo" and a "tube ride from LIverpool street to Kings Cross Hypo"

Eugh you win! Although at least you knows yours was from exercise. Mine was purely down to error I think

One was post exercise, the other one this afternoon was completely at random, as was Saturday Morning. Three in three days is a record for me, and not one that I want to break.
