Birthday Cake suggestions

Hi,

It will be my son's 11th birthday on Friday and I would really appreciate some suggestions for a birthday cake.

I don't have time to bake him one so it would have to be something that I can buy!

I know it will make his day to have something special just for him!

my friend bought birthday cakes for her diabetic daughter from these places

But this last birthday, in March, Johanna had a normal birthday cake, and adjusted her insulin, a birtdhay is a one off only isnt it, and diabetics are allowed a treat here and there.

I totall agree with the last post.

The most important thing you your child lives is that they eat normally.. Insulin is designed to be adjusted so that they can eat what they want. i don't know what you are taught there, but here in australia they eat what they want and we adjust the insulin to the carbs in each meal
