Not sure if this recipe has been on here, but I fancied something to dip into my guacamole and salsa oh and hummus.
I used 150g ground almonds
1 Egg
dill (from a jar) or chives etc
pinch of salt and pepper
Oil, about an ounce but I just added it until it all squished together.
As above - squish it all together.
I added some parmesan cheese but any grated cheese it fine.
You can add sesame seeds etc

Divide it into 4 roughly and roll it out between greaseproof paper (it is sticky)
Roll it thinly and then cut into squares or use a little cutter. You have to slide a knife under to get them off the paper.
Place on greaseproof and bake at 180 for about 8 to 10 mins. Keep an eye on them because as they are thin they can over cook easily.
I like them its a tasty morsel easily and quickly made,
Carbs will be whatever is in the almonds.

Do they expand, or could you possibly bake them on the baking parchment once you've marked them into squares? I have a ravioli wheel (somewhere....) that would be ideal.

Might have a got at this method as I really fancy the savoury biscuits....Mmmmmm!
