Type 1 Bladder pain on and off and type 1

Hi I am Type 1 for 36 years I was wondering if anyone has this problem I have had a lots of tests for a UTI with all the results coming back negative???? I feel like my bladder is on fire and very sensitive flares up on and off could it be neuropathy?????

Hi Dark horse
No they thought it was kidneys, test said it wasn’t they said it could be glucose in my urine burning me ???
They have done all the fungal and UTI tests all gone back negative now they have given me 12 weeks of steroids cream telling me that will help well it’s been 6 weeks and still bad ???? I think I have IC but ??????
