Yesterday i has very strange thing when i used my syringe i got ableeding from injection site it was alarge amount i said i may press too hard i used my lantus same thing happen what is this problem by the way i always use new syringe and penfill needle

The most likely cause would be hitting a blood vessel. Try not to inject in and around that area until any redness or swelling subsides.

The good news is that it's a lot harder to hit a blood vessel than it is to miss one. So the chances of it being a regular issue is extremely unlikely.

Agree with @GrantGam1337 . Unlucky and extremely difficult to hit a blood vessel/capillary but I'm sure we've all done it.
P.S @GrantGam1337 like the avatar, is that one of those frio bags.:):):)

Where are you injecting?
I find my legs seem to hit blood most often.

Keep a chaleck on bloods as you may find the jab you had will be ineffective... at least mine are when this happens..

Haha it certainly is @therower, although it's for my diabetic giant friend. As you can see I have his basal and bolus pens, plus a spare (slightly larger) pen just in case of a failure with the other two.

I don't mind carrying them for him on special occasions but they're really quite heavy compared to mine;)
