Blood glucose and mood/motivation

I reported to the group that at the back end of last year I felt terrible and was not working well. I got a Libre2 meter and brought my glucose levels down. I stopped using the meters.
Over the last month or so I ket things slip a lot, which was confirmed a couple of weeks ago with a new meter.

I find there are times when I just do not feel like doing any work, and am not motivated. I believe these times are when I have high glucose levels. Does anyone else find this?
I Am not saying that on days with lower glucose I am raring to go with a tiger in the tank. On those days I feel a little bit more like 'me'.

@SOTR yes, high levels make me feel sleepy and lumpen. Glad you've managed to get yours back on track
