Blood glucose down lower

I dislike being diabetic and two heavy I am 80kg and want to get down to 50 kg very soon.
Hi to all,

I did my blood sugar earlier after breakfast 8.9 and after dinner was 12.6 a lot lower than it has been low fat yogurt for breakfast and then for dinner mince with peppers n lots of veg is it ok Not to have any tea tonight.
Could someone answer my question please.

Does the low fat yoghurt have more sugar in it? Because they'll cut the fat but try and add in sugar to compensate for taste but I'm sure you know this. The mince with peppers and veggies sounds delicious and I think I'll try that for dinner tonight.

For tea that's up to you and what you put in your tea, these days I use full fat creamer and like One pack of sweetener.

How long after breakfast and dinner?
Those are quite high readings.

I think it was around the 2 he mark but was better than a 20 readings.

Possibly afternoon tea if you are very posh/hungry? :-)

How long since you saw your medical team?
"Better than 20" is going from very bad to pretty bad, and is at the level where it can be doing damage to your body.
I would respectfully suggest that you need an urgent review of both your diet and current medication.
