    I dislike being diabetic and two heavy I am 80kg and want to get down to 50 kg very soon.
    Hi to all,

    I want to loose 30kg in weight I hate being diabetic n this big from having 5 children I was a size 12 before having 5th child and wanted to stay size 12 but pain of hubby had other ideas n I hate him for what happened to me.
    I am going to try the Actimel diet to help with weightloss.
