Blood glucose monitoring options

Hi all
I'm just new here but I've had diabetes for 31 years. Type 1. I'd like to find out more about the glucose monitoring systems that are available on the NHS that do not require you to finger prick? With my job it can be difficult to keep a tight eye on my sugars, which can be erratic at times, so I've heard there are 'bloodless' options available that allow monitoring to fit easier into a busy day. Does anyone know what's available on the NHS please?

Welcome to the forums.

Are you thinking about Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) such as the Freestyle Libre? Doubt if you'll get anything like this from the state. As far as I am aware, all our member users are self funded, but maybe I'll be proved wrong.
