Mines a little high but the doctor says nothing to worry about - its generally 130 - 135 / 80 something.
I would really like it to be down in the 120's. I do excercise, I do eat veg and I take 1/2 asprin per day. Has anybody any natural tips for lowering blood pressure? I've heard Broccoli is good?

Normal is 80-120 sistolic (heart at full pumping phase)/60-80 diastolic (heart at the relaxation phase)I’m not a medical person so maybe somebody with a bit more knowledge can verify this .Average blood pressure varies a bit depending on your age so what a good blood pressure for a 25 year old male will be different to a 60 year old man . Same applies for females so this also has to be taken into consideration .
