It's been a week since my wife and me both have been hectic of my wife's blood pressure and her unusual pain in brain.Initially I though if it might be because of pregnancy's labour period or else because of excessive load on genetial part but i went to doctor afterwards with her and he gave us a some liquid and mention that my wife has high BP something of around 140/120 and she is still taking some medicines but yet its not over .I am so scare of her condition now.I need some remedies please?

High blood pressure in pregnancy is best managed in collaberation with obstetricians who have access to medicines, called antihypertensives, which relax blood vessels and so reduce the blood pressure. I am not aware of any remedy other than this. I wish you well.

what about cholesterol ? its still fluctuating

Cholesterol in pregnancy is not worth measuring as it is not related to hypertension of pregnancy or accurate. I agree with primmers....this needs to be managed by the obstetricians in an appropriate manner.
