Just buy a BP meter? Got mine off amazon... Test when relaxed, not straight after a meal or anything strenuous, and relax the arm.
Did you mean blood pressure or blood sugar?
Checking BP can be very useful but I don't think checking it every day is very useful for most.
Now checking blood glucose on a regular base is very useful for anyone with diabetes or prediabetes.

Daily testing seems very OTT to me. Weekly - maybe if you have a problem.

I have high blood pressure and white coat hypertension so I’ve been asked to take my BP twice a day and keep a record to show the nurse in 3 weeks. I got my machine from my local chemist but as @JoKalsbeek said easily bought from Amazon.
Method - relax in a chair, both feet on the ground, relaxed arm on a cushion if you need to and try to keep your arm from tensing up. Don’t talk to anyone whilst the test is in progress. I usually do it twice.
