I have a T2 friend who has recently been prescribed Mycophenolate for a lung infection. It is causing her BG numbers to drop drastically. During the day she can chew glucose tablets or other sweets, but what can she do while asleep at night? We're hoping her pulmonologist will prescribe a CGM at her appointment on Monday, but is there anything she can do until then? She's been setting her alarm to wake her up every few hours during the night to check her BG.
