Good morning all, I am new to this site and seeking some professional guidance for my father who has recently been diagnosed with Mesothelioma. my father's blood suger levels are very high (19) and is struggling to get this figure down. I am getting lots of appreciative information regarding increasing calorie intake, however this seems to be difficult to achieve without the intake of suger. Also my father is unable to archive little exercise. Any help etc would be most appreciated. Thank you.

Unfortunately none of us are professionals. Have you been able to see a dietitian, if not then perhaps you should ask to see one.
There are lots of foods that are relatively high calorie that aren't high in carbohydrates or sugars, fats are the obvious ones because they are far higher in cals than carb and protein.
I found a couple of very general articles with food suggestions here but both echo the my thoughts that you need some specialist advice.
