Eat something.
As you have asked the question anonymously & we have no idea what type of diabetes you have, how you treat it, or what activity you might be up to today that's maybe as useful as any advice you might get.
Also, are you sure you were measuring in mg/L? Because 2.6mg/L = 0.08mmol/L and it is highly unlikely you would be conscious (or alive) with readings that low. In fact I very much doubt there is a monitor that would show you readings that low (they will just say LO below a certain point)- it was probably 2.6mmol/L, which is hypo but just eat something carby.
