Blood sugar readings

Hello I was wondering if anyone could tell my why my pre meal blood sugars are higher than my post? For example before dinner last night 7.4 after dinner 6.6 before lunch today 7.3 after lunch 5.7, by the time I eat again it’s back up in the 7’s not sure why.

Your background (basal) insulin is low, perhaps down to reduced sensitivity.
Your postpriandials are perfect though.

Thanks for your reply, I am exercising more about 40mins a day now and loosing weight so hopefully I’ll see some improvements.
