So obviously after eating your blood sugar rises but how much do you expect it to rise after meals. I know that blood sugar should be below 9mmol 2hours after eating. It’s been 30 minutes after eating and I’m 10.7.
Is this normal? Both for non diabetics and diabetics? Realistically speaking do non-diabetics experience this kind of post-prandial spike?
I want to mimic the blood sugar of a non-diabetic as much as possible but considering human insulin is much slower than the analogue kind we inject ourselves, in theory would non-diabetics have worse blood sugars?
