Better than 7 not so good as 5 but all pretty meaningless without some context.

6.2 what? Before a meal, after a meal, fasting? It is in the normal range, so I'd say, yeah, it is.

If this is a morning waking number from your meter? You are more than welcome to share it on one of our FBG topics with others?

You apear to the be doing well & 'avin a go in my book. Some members have had more disappointing numbers.

It is sometimes have only just started having to take my blood sugar reading more often am on the injection you take once a week this morning at 6 am I had a slice of dry toast whole meal then didn't have anything till after midday felt funny my blood sugar was 7. Wondering it was cause I hadn't had anything to eat for a while thank you all for your reply

What was your blood sugar two hours after the toast??
Radom blood tests don’t say much. Better to test before and after food so you know how to adjust what you eat to keep your blood sugar steady.

A single result with no context is somewhat meaningless, but 6.2 is not unreasonable.
