Blood sugar

I dont' know if it effects the results, but it does effect getting them. If my hands are cold then the blood just will not come out, I normally end up running my hands under a warm tap for 5 minutes to try and warm my fingers up enough if I have been outside (even with gloves) then come in to test.

Same here! a vampire would need to warm me up to feed :¬)

I would also have to say no but do have trouble getting blood if they are cold.

Also bear in mind that your bg results can be raised by becoming overheated. I find my bg is very sensitive to temperature changes

It must be sensitive to cold then if it is with overheating

I'm not sure if I expressed that correctly, when I say 'becoming overheated' I meant if you yourself get too hot eg by being in a hot room or too much sun etc. Hope that makes sense. Not sure if the same logic applied to someone feeling too cold though. I know my internal thermostat is broken anyway, as I never feel too cold! :-) but I do overheat with the slightest change in room temperature.
