When i went onto fluconazole i stopped my supplements; and i only took metformin; i actually noticed better readings - I'm going to continue without my supplements: will still get my vitamin D3 checked if it goes low i will go back to supplement but i definitely have cut out all my supplements and my numbers are better definitely hoping to continue. Has anyone noticed supplements causing blood sugar to rise? Today my FBG was 6.7; even with only 2 hr sleep i would have thought it would have been 10 or 11mmol. I will be keeping track.
