Blood sugars

Your reading of 7.7, is that within two hours of a meal? If so, it's just within limits for a non-diabetic. If, however, you haven't eaten for many hours, it is a bit high. Can you put your figures in some sort of context and are you type 1 or type 2?

A fresh apricot will contain quite a lot of sugar, as most fruit does. For this reason, many T2's avoid fruit (apart from berries). Your bs reading sounds fine to me, based on the information given.
We are all feeling a bit clammy this afternoon - it's the weather.
