Blood test results for cushings

I've recently had a dexamethasone suppression test for cushings… anyone under stand the results of <11nmol/L (185.0 - 624.0) is it a high or low reading for cortisol? I know most of you guys aren't medically trained, but I'm struggling to find any info regarding levels online.

I've had this test done.

<11nmol/L (185.0 - 624.0) is very low, almost complete suppression of cortisol. Quoting from Wikipedia -
"A normal result is a decrease in cortisol levels upon administration of low-dose dexamethasone. Results indicative of Cushing's disease involve no change in cortisol on low-dose dexamethasone".

Don't take it as set in stone, but this result indicates you are unlikely to have Cushing's.

Many Thanks Seacrow, I have a GP appointment on Monday to discuss it. Its odd that the GP said the results were abnormal where I viewed them online. Part of me will be relieved not to have it, but the other part of me wanted a positive diagnosis so I knew what was going on.
