Blood test results

Hi Guys

Latest results in

HBA1c - 'normal'

36 = 5.44% down from 42 = 5.99%

Kidney function - normal

Chloesterol - normal

Total 3.8 down from 4.2
LDL 1.7 down from 2.1
HDL 1.8 up from 1.6
Trig 0.7 down from 1.2

Very happy with these results, achieved with diet only (low carb really - have approx 30-50g per day with the odd 50-100g). Haven't increased my fat intake particularly just replaced the carbs with veg and salad. Was going to try high fat if my Cholesterol hadn't come down to 'normal' but will hold back and keep doing what I'm doing, I think.

Still don't do enough exercise 1 hour of Zumba a week and 2 or 3 walks a week when I can fit it in or be bothered.
