Hi just won't ask a question my little Girl really bad pain belly she not drank or eaten much she passed water once today been doc she didn't check her probably she thinks she got water infection her sugars are up and down need advice xx

Childhood hypoglycaemia is quite common and maybe that's why the diagnosis of water infection is valid, otherwise it's the fluctuating blood glucose levels that you are worried about.
If your daughter is not eating, that could be responsible or not having control because she needs the amount of carbs that will stabilise her blood levels.

We have a Hypoglycaemia forum but it's mainly for us older ones! Even though I'm a sixty year old kid at heart and I refuse to grow up.

If you are still concerned take her the hospital, they know more about childhood hypoglycaemia than any of us.
