I can't get an eye test till my BG has stabalized, but my sight is getting worse, despite great progress with BG levels from 15.5 on diagnosis 10 days ago. Any suggestions?:watching:
 
It takes a while for the lens to stabilise once you start reducing BS. It may well get worse before getting better which is why they tell you to hold off getting specs. If it gets really bad, maybe a cheap pair off the shelf might cover you till your BS levels have come down and are consistent.
 
I will increase the strength of my reading glasses then. Just put on another pair increasing the magnification to 2.5 feels much better as I can now see what I'm typing here. Hope this starts to improve soon as I will be back in work soon and have to read loads - agh! :woot:
