body building and whey protein

Hi weaver. I didn't like admitting it and I get lots of compliments for having lost weight, but diabetes was doing some of that before diagnosis. Having said that, I had mainly moved from puddings to fruit after my cooked lunch or tea at work. I now now do pressups as my arms were skinny anyway for most of my life. I am more on the side of trying to get good protein from chicken, fish lentils etc but might consider powder one day if I ever hit the gym!
