So im a young lad trying to get back into good shape after being diagnosed in March. I was wondering what protein shake people take (if any) to bulk up which is suitable for diabetics (low carb) i have currently got Lamberts whey protein. Any suggestions are welcome.

I use Nutrisport 90, low carb and one of the cheapest out there.

Matrix Anabolic or optimum nutrition gold standard good for lean muscle but I would recommend doing cardio and light weights for diabetes management.
