For anyone that has never lifted weights before, there is a thing called 'the pump' that happens as a result of lifting the weights, where the muscle or muscles being worked swell / pump up with blood and get really full.
My 'pumps' used to be good, but it seems the last couple of years since I was diagnosed type 2, my pumps have just gotten worse, to the point that they are almost non-existent now.
Tried to Google it to confirm that it was caused by diabetes, but was unable to find anyone anywhere talking about it.
All I really want to do is confirm that this is a symptom of the diabetes, so that my mind can be at ease that it isn't caused by some other yet to be identified condition.
Anyone..?
