Bolus insulin only?

Hello! Does anybody just use bolus insulin, or do you have to use basal as well? Thanks

I use both but the important thing is not what others use - it is what your body needs.
As I have an insulin pump, both bolus and basal are provided by fast acting insulin.

The NHS decided this was a good idea during a recent incarceration, didn’t work for me but surely must work for some or they wouldn’t do it… surely?
