I can certainly recommend Think Like a Pancreas, which has a small element of overall motivation and psychological, as has Pumping Insulin.
I have a few others, but none of them specifically focus on the psychology. I think you may be better of finding a book on psychology and health and reading between the lines

I'm currently reading 'The First Year: Type 2 Diabetes: The First Year - An Essential Guide for the Newly Diagnosed' on my kindle as i'm fairly recently diagnosed... It's a mix of insight and management, as well as some 'how you feel' type stuff.. might be worth a look... and you can always download a sample to your kindle...
