Thanx I must admit some days I just want to be lazy not train and eat lots of ****. Then when I do I’m so ****** off with myself it only makes me more determined.

We all go through this sometimes that is why testing is so very important. Keep up the good work.
P.S a little treat every so often doesn't hurt, it is when treats become commonplace that trouble begins.
