Carbs are easier to process so they will always be used first then fat reserves will be called upon. This is how we're <em>supposed</em> to "work" (and we actually have far less capacity to store carb generated fuel than we do to store fatty fuel). It's only the fairly recent (and incorrect) emphasis on <strong>high</strong> carb diets that has generally caused us to be reliant on them.</p><p></p><p>Robbity</p></blockquote><p></p>
