Bragging time

I had my annual checkup and review today ...

HbA1C - 36, same as last time, which is excellent because I have been experimenting with reintroducing a few carbs here & there.

HDL - Cholesterol 1.9, Triglycerides 1.5.

No signs of any degradation in my extremities, good kidney function... all good news.

So it's drinkies for me this evening!
