Bread At The Co-op

Saw these at the co-op. Labelled as brown bread and multi seeded. Just because they look a bit like the Lidl ones. No other info. Not wanting to start another bread topic but just curious if they are as good as the Lidl ones. As for myself I’m staying to stay away from the stuff as much as I can.

47g is about normal for an ordinary bread roll. They tend to be 100g weight, and I always assume 50% carbs for all ordinary bread. The only variation I find with mass produced bread is speed of absorption.
