Hi robert2402, it would affect me,but we are all different , are you testing your bs's for the effects of different foods? As flour is high carb and most here cannot eat flour , ps have a look at the calorific index of flours ,the one i use most is coconut followed by almond then gram flour,any food that spikes our blood sugar more than 2 mmols is not good
the resultant bread will be just like any other shop bought bread as regards the affect on your BS levels, but you could try using different flour - spelt? (I think thats lower carb)
