Please can someone tell me which rolls they buy from aldi as in here now lol
 
Are you meaning the high protein rolls, not from Aldi, but from Lidl? These Lidl ones are popular on this forum, and delicious sliced in half and toasted with lots of butter.
 
I have just found protein bread In morrisons at 9g carbs per slice...........I am craving a sanwhich, first time in a long while.
