Hello a couple of months ago i switched from white bread to whole meal bread. Recently I've found that it's taking a while to any affect on my blood sugar but it didn't used to be like this.
Normally it would affect me the same way as any other food but this week I've been doing my insulin and my BG starts going down straight away. This only happens when I'm eating bread.
I started the gym about 5 weeks, so can this have an affect on how your body deals with low GI food at all? Or has anyone else had this random thing happen?
