Bread

Anyone know which breads are the best to have I've been having brown wholemeal but I'm finding it brings my blood sugar levels up

Personally none at all.. I have tried one of the Lidl high protein rolls which were better for my BS levels but now I avoid all flour products.

A lot of people go for the Burgen Soya and Linseed bread which you can buy in most supermarkets. It has about 35g of carbs per 100g, which is one of the lowest for commercially mass produced bread.
LIDL high protein rolls are lower at 9g of carbs per 100g, if I remember correctly.
