I have had one slice of burgen bread with a fry up and bg was OK. I thought I would try 2 slices so had a cheese and cucumber sandwich. Before my lunch my bg was 5,6, 2 hours later it was 6.9 so I guess I need to stick with one! I didn't even feel that full afterwards so would much rather have more low carb food and more fat. My stomach hurts too so all in all not a good lunch!
