I only eat twice a day at most - I found that I was not hungry after a good breakfast.
I used to have lunch and supper, but found that my blood glucose was more stable eating at 12 your intervals.
When feeling a bit down, I find that it helps to make a pancake batter with an egg and half a blob of Mozzarella cheese - about 60 gm, blending the two together and then pouring it into a bowl and adding a little psyllium husk flour, or a nut flour to give it a bit more substance works well. The pancakes are rather fragile so I make them small and keep them warm until I can eat them with lemon juice and Stevia sweetener.
I don't add the thickener in the blender as it goes gloopy and then the blender is impossible to clean out.
I keep meaning to try adding some cream to the mix and then forget - I will get round to it eventually.
These days I can feel down for no real reason, and I have no idea why pancakes cheer me up - but it seems to work every time.
