what breakfast ideas do you have for a type 1. I like cereal. Weetabix and porridge is good but I’m starving after and hour or 2 and feeling pants. Any others simple suggestions
I like my eggs, either 3 fried on two small wholemeal slices of toast or three scrambled on toast.....
I think hunger is just one of those things......the longer you stick with certain breakfast items the more your stomach gets used it to it and the hunger should settle.....
maybe try looking at some slimming world idea, not for the diet but for the filling properties...
