Breakfast ideas and travelling abroad

Hi all i need help with .. on the go breakfast ideas . Also ..Travelling abroad to cambodia and Vietnam worrying about what to eat . Luckily we are staying in some nice hotels . Its the day excursions im worried about . I have to reduce my carbs alot as my sugar levels have been high. Ive also lost loads of weight so dont need to lose any more .
Any ideas pls . Also long flight so need to know what to take with me . Im very new to this so still waiting to see a dietician xx

I generally take a pack or 2 of pork scratching to supplement the little I eat of the on board food. I would also pack a few packets and nuts to eat on holiday in case I don’t get enough low carb food. Not normally needed though. Hopefully the hotel will do English breakfast or omelettes, these generally go down well! I did a tour of China and managed quite well. Enjoy your trip.
