Breakfast & Lunchs

Hi All,
Can anyone help! I'm a New T2 diabetic diet controlled.
I love my Card"s (surpose that why i'm now diabetic) :oops: and i'm having major problem finding things to eat for breakfast & lunchs! I've looked around the forum, The lunch are fine if you don't want a pack lunch.
I need something that will keep the hurrier pain away :cry:
 
Eggs are good for breakfast perhaps also some nuts, fruit or yogurt. As for lunch I think a packed lunch is easier. Salad, avocado, meat, tuna, cheese perhaps an apple. Also I snack a lot on nuts such as hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds and brazil nuts. I also make my own low carb biscuits with almond and soy flour which I snack on a lot too.
