I'm starting a low carb diet on Monday and think I have things pretty much sorted, the only thing is breakfasts. Three times a week I'll be swimming before work so need something that I can do in a microwave when I get to work, or prepare the night before. Has anyone got any good ideas?
Also, my husband (who is boarderline diabetic) is following the diet with me as he needs to lose some weight anyway. I was just wondering if he can have pitta breads for his lunch? Or whether there are too many carbs in them. He only has half an hour for lunch so needs something quick and easy.
