Sorry, but I completely disagree with you. Juicing is the worst thing you can do as a Type 2 as it makes the carbs more easily availble and will shoot your blood sugar sky high very quickly, plus would you eat 2/3orange, a banana, and apple and a handful of berries in 1 sitting? not easily but a smoothy could contain all of these plus more and you wouldn't even realise
 
Actually, I’m not have too much trouble avoiding anything at the moment.
I’m fairly certain I’m suffering from Keto-flu.
Not too bad but annoying and unexpected.
Should be gone in a day or two.
Utterly convinced it will be worth it though!
 
Try some electrolytes. They often help
